Your DWSS timesheets, done in 20 minutes.
Upload the attendance report you already have in Brightwheel or Procare. Mira builds every timesheet — every child matched to their certificate, every day you earned claimed, every error caught before you sign. Built only for Nevada. Nothing to switch, nothing to re-type.
Scouring thousands of rows for a missed checkout, lining up every UPI, printing, signing, scanning — and one mistake holds the whole month. That was 20 hours a month at my own Las Vegas center. I built Mira to do it from the report you already have, and to get it right.
What the subsidy submission actually costs you
Sixty children, sixty rows, one spreadsheet that has to match the state’s template exactly. The data is already in Brightwheel or Procare. It just isn’t in the shape DWSS wants.
A teacher forgot to sign a child out on the 14th. Now you’re texting parents and staff to reconstruct a Tuesday from three weeks ago, because a blank cell is a kickback.
Every sheet, every parent signature, every month. It’s the same twenty hours whether you have one kid on subsidy or sixty.
Money you already earned, waiting on a resubmission because of a single wrong date. Payroll doesn’t wait with it.
Three steps. Twenty minutes. Done.
Mira doesn’t replace the software you already use. It takes the attendance report that software already produces and turns it into the DWSS timesheets the state wants. See every step →
Brightwheel, Procare, Lillio, Kangarootime, Playground, Famly, or a plain CSV. The same report you already download every month.
Every child matched to their certificate, every missed checkout caught, every day you earned claimed, every sheet in the state’s exact format.
Not the 10th. Payment lands earlier, nobody works late, and nobody dreads the end of the month.
Accuracy is the outcome
You don’t scroll through a thousand rows looking for the one that’s wrong. Mira does, every month, and brings you only the ones that need a decision.
Every day you earned, claimed
A child was checked in but no times were recorded? Mira flags the day, shows you the dollars left unpaid, and fills it from that child’s own schedule. Nothing you earned goes unclaimed.
Missed checkouts, suggested
When a teacher forgot to sign a child out, Mira suggests the checkout from that child’s own pattern, keeps the original, and shows you both. No more reconstructing a Tuesday from three weeks ago.
Short days counted in full
A day that falls short of full-day hours gets lifted within your operating hours, arrival first, so you’re paid the full-day rate you’re entitled to.
UPIs read from the certificate
Nine digits, read straight off the DWSS certificate, never retyped. If one is wrong, you see it before the state does.
Names matched, not guessed
Brightwheel spells it Valdes, the certificate says Valdez. Mira matches by birth date and parent and prints the certificate spelling. If the parent and child are the same name, it stops and asks.
Your hours and your closures
Every day is checked against your operating hours and closure dates. A check-in on Labor Day stays a closure day, not a billable one.
Siblings kept consistent
Brothers and sisters get the same first sign-in and last sign-out on every sheet, the way DWSS expects, with one fix applied to the whole family.
Expected payment, before you submit
Priced from each child’s certificate. You see the month’s total and every child’s line before anything is printed, and every correction keeps the original and can be restored.
Every corrected time keeps the original and can be restored. The Excel workbook you download shows each correction next to what the attendance report said.
What changed when we stopped doing it by hand.
A 158-capacity center. Every one of them on the DWSS timesheets, every month.
From the last week of the month to one sitting. That’s the whole product.
Instead of the 10th. The month closes on the 1st, and the payment clock starts earlier.
Built by a Nevada operator. For Nevada centers.
"I ran childcare centers in Nevada, California and Florida for years. Licensing adds more work every year, and the subsidy submission — money we’d already earned — ate 20 hours a month at my Las Vegas center. One mistake could hold up the whole month’s payment. So I built Mira to do that one job, and only that job, properly."
- Get paid on time. Every timesheet accepted the first time, in the state’s exact format
- Nothing you earned left off. Every day in your attendance report lands on a timesheet, and you see the expected payment before you print
- Every issue in the sheet fixed. Missed checkouts, duplicate entries, misspelled names, bad UPIs — caught and corrected before you sign
- Works with whatever you use. Brightwheel, Procare, Lillio, Kangarootime, Playground, Famly or a plain spreadsheet. It doesn’t matter which tool you have
Let’s redo your September submission, live.
Book 15 minutes, bring your September attendance report, and watch Mira rebuild the whole thing from your actual data while we’re on the call. Nothing gets sent ahead, nothing is kept after. I’m onboarding ten Nevada centers this month, one at a time.
